# Prerequisites

1. Log in to your [DevMate account](https://docs.devmate.com/docs/getting-started).

2. [Add your application to DevMate](https://docs.devmate.com/docs/add-application).\
   Note that you'll need to specify bundle ID of your application. It is used to identify your app in DevMate.

3. The preferred way of DevMateKit installation is using [Nuget](https://www.nuget.org/). 

   To install DevMateKit, run the following command in the [Package Manager Console](https://docs.nuget.org/docs/start-here/using-the-package-manager-console):
   `Install-Package DevMateKit`

Or, as alternative, download the latest version of DevMate’s Windows Framework from your [account](https://dashboard.devmate.com).

4. Extract DevMateKit.dll and open your application project.

When you completed preparation steps, you can start adding references to the DevMateKit.dll into your project.
